Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that he be allowed to withdraw the present revision petition subject to the liberty to move application for stay of execution proceedings before the Court where his application for setting aside ex-parte decree is pending and since the proceedings are at final stage so the Court concerned be directed to dispose of the application, if so moved, expeditiously.

Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the revisionist to move application for setting aside the execution proceedings before the Court where application for setting aside ex-parte decree is pending and the learned Court is requested to dispose of the application expeditiously. 3.

Since the main appeal stands dismissed, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
