(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 CrPC has been preferred by the petitioner seeking direction to respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 14.08.2023 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner in accordance with law.

It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had moved complaints against respondent Nos.6 to 11 to the Police and had also moved the representation Annexure P-3 to respondent No.3 on 14.08.2023, but till date no action thereon has been taken. He submits that for the purpose of this petition, the petitioner will be satisfied if directions are given to respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation Annexure P-3 in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. 3.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 5 only. 4.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Swati Batra, DAG Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5.
