Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he moved an application to the SP Ambala but no action has been taken on this application. Aggrieved from the same, he moved another application to SP, Ambala dated 28.07.2025 but despite clinching evidence i.e. CCTV footage, photographs and the accused having committed cognizable offence but no action on the same has also been taken so far and requested that respondent No.3 be directed to take action as per law.

Accordingly the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take action on the applications submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.
