Learned counsel for the respondent, at the outset, submits that as per notification issued by Central Government, the petitioner has remedy to approach Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh and he has mistakenly preferred present petition before this Court. 2.

Learned counsel for BSNL submits that they would not raise question of limitation if the matter is transferred to CAT, Chandigarh. 3.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be transferred to CAT, Chandigarh. 4.

In the wake of statement of learned counsels for the parties, the Registry of this Court is directed to transfer the complete record of this matter to CAT, Chandigarh.
