***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Report from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received. As per the same, amicable settlement has reached between the parties. Along with the report, compromise has been annexed, perusal whereof, reveals that the same was signed by the applicant as well as respondent, and their counsel. Also, it has been signed by the concerned Mediator. Considering the amicable settlement so reached, more particularly, the contents of paragraph No.7 of the compromise, the family having united together, even though, the counsel for the applicant has not made appearance today, but however, in view of contents of paragraph No.7 of the compromise, the present application, as such, is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous.
