(ORAL) Present petitions have been filed seeking extension of bail granted by JMIC, 1st Class Kurukshetra vide order dated 18th of May, 2023 whereby the petitioner was granted two weeks' time for filing appeal against conviction earned by him in complaint No.1203 of 2019 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 2.

Mr. Gaurav Bansal, DAG, Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana. 4.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed off with the liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal within one week.
