(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.1-UGC submits that after passing of order dated 13.11.2019, the petitioner-University has issued degrees to the students of the petitioner enrolled during the period 2011-2014. The representation of the petitioner to re-consider order dated 25.09.2019 has been accepted and the new degrees have been recognized by his clients. 2.

In view of the above statement, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
