**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.99 dated 05.06.2024 under Sections 384, 380, 451, 34 of IPC registered at Police Station City 2 Mansa, District Mansa (Annexure P-5) and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to take all such pleas before the trial Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
