Accordingly, Annexure P-8 is taken on record. C.W.P No. 21820-2013 The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to the respondents to release the revised pay scale of Rs.13500/-Rs.17250/- in the selection grade of 4100-5300 be released w.e.f 01.01.1996 along with all consequential benefits and arrears in view of CWP No. 10506-2002 titled as Dr. K.L. Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 06.10.2009 (P-2) On 18.03.2016, this Court passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the issues raised in the present petition have been challenged before the Apex Court in SLP No.8613-8616 of 2014 which is still pending. To await the decision of SLP No.8613-8616 of 2014, adjourned GAURAV ARORA 2020.05.21 13:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 21820-2013 -2to 25.07.2016."

Now Hon'ble the Supreme Court vide order dated 12.10.2018 (P-8) dismissed the special leave petitions.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that the matter in issue is squarely covered by decision of this Court in CWP No. 10506-2002 titled as Dr. K.L. Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 06.10.2009 (P-2) as against this judgment, SLP No. 39474-39475-2013 also stands dismissed on 12.10.2018 (P-8), therefore, the present petition too is required to be disposed of in the same terms. In the above petition, grant of revised pay scale w.e.f 01.01.1996 of the selection grade has been decided by this Court and the petitioner is seeking similar benefits. In view of the discussion made above, the writ petition is allowed in terms of D.L. Kumar's case (supra) and direction is given to the respondents to release the salary of the petitioner and arrears of salary along with 6@ interest, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
