Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 to 8 and further directing respondents No.2 and 3 not to implicate them in false and frivolous cases at the behest of respondents No.4 to 8. It is further prayed to direct respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation, dated 05.09.2024, Annexure P-3, according to law.
