The present review application has been filed on the ground that while dismissing the writ petition on 22.07.2025, the co-ordinate Bench had recorded a particular fact that not only the allotment of the plot in favour of the review-petitioner was cancelled but the same was re-auctioned in June, 2023 and the letter of intent had already been issued to the successful bidder, who was allotted the said plot thereafter and the amount has already been deposited by such auction purchaser, whereas, the auction conducted on 21.06.2023 has not been finalized.

Learned counsel for the respondents concede the said fact. 3.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record with their able assistance. 4.
Once, an incorrect fact has led to passing of an order sought to SANDEEP KUMAR 2026.04.18 14:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
RA-CW-340-2025 IN CWP-14487-2025 be reviewed and the order so passed relies upon such incorrect fact to reach the conclusion, the same gives rise to the review of such order. 5.
Keeping in view the said conceded fact that the order dated 22.07.2025 is passed on relying upon an incorrect fact, the present review application is allowed. Order dated 22.07.2025 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
