The petitioner has filed the instant petition for directions to the respondents No.1 to 3 to protect his life and liberty from the respondents No. 8 and 9 and their accomplices.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only. 3.

Mr. Jatin Kundu, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that respondents No.8 and 9 along with their accomplices had inflicted grievous injuries on the person of petitioner, and that they, in connivance with the official respondents No.5 to 7, are pressurizing him to withdraw his complaint. He further submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure P3) to the respondents No.2 and 3, respectively, and that the same is yet to be disposed of.
