(Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned transfer order dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) whereby petitioner has been transferred from Government Girls Senior Secondary School Dhareru to Government Senior Secondary School Baliala near Punjab Boarder. Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Mr.Nitin Bansal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 14.09.2019 (Annexure P-12) within some specified time. In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
