**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this second petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.4 dated 06.01.2020, registered under Sections 21, 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala.
At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has since expired on 07.04.2022 and thus, the present petition has become infructuous.
Copy of the death certificate dated 01.05.2022 issued by Chief Registrar (Birth and death), Punjab, is taken on record as Mark 'A'. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factum.
Dismissed as having become infructuous.
