(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, mandamus or any appropriate writ for setting aside the exparte order dated 20.01.2020 (Annexure P-2) and ex-parte award dated 31.01.2020 (Annexure P-8) passed in application No.401/2019, along with order dated 20.08.2021 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.1 in MA No.2/21 in which the stay application of the petitioner was illegally and unlawfully got dismissed by respondent No.1. The counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that the matter has been rendered infructuous on account of settlement between the parties.
