As per the certificate issued by the Returning Officer, the petitioner is shown to have secured maximum 117 votes as against Pramila Kumari who has secured 57 votes. In view of aforesaid factual position, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
