This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C in FIR No.0132 dated 22.04.2021 registered under Sections 21(c)/61/85 of NDPS Act at Police Station Sirsa Sadar, District Sirsa.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He has further submitted that in the present case, the petitioner has been in custody since 22.04.2021. There are 16 witnesses and till date, no witness has been examined. He, thus, prayed that trial be expedited.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and a direction is given to the trial Court to expeditiously decide the trial.
