Present order shall dispose off both the above-captioned revision petitions.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter has since been settled between the parties and they have entered into a settlement dated 03.07.2025 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. The parties have agreed to dissolve their marriage by way of mutual consent by filing a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, JITENDER KUMAR 2025.07.07 10:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CR-5655-2023 -21955 and also for taking steps to put an end to all the litigations initiated by both of them.

Today, in terms of the settlement dated 03.07.2025, a demand draft bearing No.402308 dated 03.07.2025 drawn on Indian Bank for a sum of ₹2,00,000/- has been handed over by learned counsel for the respondent to the petitioner, who is present in person.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, present revision petitions stand disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
