(ORAL) [1] The instant petition has been filed under Section 447 of the BNSS Act / 407 Cr.P.C. for transferring the Appeal No.295 of 2018 titled as 'Parvinder Singh Cheema versus Gurjant Singh and another' (Annexure P-1) which is pending before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali to any other Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

[2] Learned counsel for the petitioner fails to convince the Court regarding the biasness of the Presiding Officer. So, this Court finds no requirement to interfere in the order passed by the District Judge. [2] Dismissed.
