Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No. 2 recorded herein above, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further but liberty be given to the petitioner, in case any claim is raised by respondent No. 2, the present appeal be revived for adjudication. Ordered accordingly.
