(Oral) Since the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court and has deposited the costs and also in view of the fact that the FIR No.30 dated 18.04.2015 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran, has already been quashed by this Court in connected petition i.e. CRM-M No.7682 of 2020, vide order of even date, the order dated 15.02.2016, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender is set-aside and the petition is disposed of accordingly.
