The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to direct the official respondents to enquire about the commission of offence of cheating and fraud, committed by the private respondents in a fair and proper manner or for entrusting the investigationg of the case bearing FIR No.22 dated 24.01.2024 under Sections 120, 420, 467, 468 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar to some independent investigating agency and to direct the official respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action by arresting the accused.

Learned State counsel submits that in the present case, investigation has already been concluded and a cancellation report has been prepared by the police. She further submits that since the investigation has already been concluded, the parties shall not be called for the purpose of investigation in the present case any longer and the cancellation report may be presented before the Competent Court of Law within a period of two weeks from today.
