(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 16.02.2023 and 30.05.2023, Annexures P-9 and P-11 respectively, seeking parity with similarly situated employees whose representations have been decided vide order dated 25.05.2023, Annexure P-10. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that despite being similarly situated, as the employees whose representations were decided by the Department vide order dated 25.05.2023, the petitioners' case has not been so considered. Their representations, dated 16.02.2023 and 30.05.2023, remain pending with the respondents without any decision having been taken thereupon. He further submits that, at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide their pending representations within a specified time. 3.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Director, Secondary Education, Haryana, to consider and decide the pending representations, dated 16.02.2023 and 30.05.2023, keeping in view the decision already taken vide Annexure P-10, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
