**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to quash all proceedings in pursuance of complaint case No.NI-23 of 2018 dated 09.03.2018 filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, wherein the petitioner is facing trial before the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ferozepur Jhirka. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition has been rendered infructuous and prays for withdrawal of the same. Prayer is accepted.
