NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) The appellant/defendant has laid challenge to the impugned judgment and decree dated 05.01.2015 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Kapurthala whereby the civil appeal filed by him has been dismissed and the judgment and decree dated 12.11.2013 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kapurthala has been upheld. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal may be disposed of as the compromise has been effected between the parties. A copy of the compromise and all subsequent orders passed thereupon by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kapurthala have been handed over in Court today which are taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the above said fact.
