NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of impugned order dated 26.09.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa, Camp at Dabwali in MNT-922 of 2019 titled as 'Santosh Rani vs. Suraj Bhan', whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person.

A perusal of the order sheets shows that vide order dated 28.11.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, notice was issued in the present matter with further observation that "in case the petitioner appears before the trial Court and apprises the Court about the compromise having been arrived at between the parties, the trial Court shall admit him on interim bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to its satisfaction." Thereafter, on the next date of hearing i.e. 18.02.2020, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and it was observed that notice could not be issued in the matter for want of process fee. On the next date of hearing i.e. 17.08.2022, process fee was again not filed, however, learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted before the Coordinate Bench of this Court "that the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial court in deference to order dated DIVYANSHI 2024.08.31 17:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-42920-2019 (O&M) -228.11.2019 passed by this Court. He seeks and is granted an adjournment to place on record the order to the trial Court, whereby he has been admitted on ad-interim bail." On the next date of hearing i.e. 27.10.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought more time to comply with order dated 17.08.2022. On the next date of hearing i.e. 03.08.2023, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, there is nothing on record to suggest that in compliance of orders dated 28.11.2019 and 17.08.2022, the petitioner has put in appearance before the learned trial Court. In view of the above, present petition stands dismissed. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. 30.08.2024 ( NIDHI GUPTA ) Divyanshi JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes/No Whether Reportable Yes/No DIVYANSHI 2024.08.31 17:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
