SURYA PARTAP SINGH (')*+ At the very outset, learned State counsel has pointed out that by way of present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 29.07.2025 whereas his bail was cancelled vide order dated 21.07.2025 which has not been challenged.

Faced with the abovementioned situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars and challenge the order dated 21.07.2025. 2.
