(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to official respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner with regard to some fraud committed by private respondents No.4 to 6.

As per the allegations in the petition, there was an agreement to sale dated 25.5.2011 regarding the agricultural land in favour of the petitioner, and some part payment was made and the targeted date for execution of sale deed was extended till 16.5.2012. In view of the affidavit filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Karnal filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, wherein it is stated that the police has not received any complaint from the complainant, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition.

Ordered accordingly.
