(Oral) Plaintiff-appellant has come up in regular second appeal against the concurrent findings of facts recorded by both the Courts below whereby the suit for permanent injunction has been dismissed. In view of the detailed order passed in connected matter bearing RSA No.4721-2016 titled Dayanand Vs. Silochna and others, the present Regular Second Appeal is without any merit and the same stands dismissed.
