*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.284 dated 18.07.2019 registered under Sections 306, 116 IPC at Police Station Barnala, District Barnala.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that cancellation report has been submitted after carrying out investigation pursuant to the FIR.

Being so, no further proceedings are warranted before this Court. Petitioner would seek remedy, in accordance with law, in case he has any grievance in the event of cancellation report not being accepted. Disposed of.
