HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing the order dated 09.07.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurdaspur, whereby, the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person in case FIR No.72 dated 19.04.2019, registered under Sections 452, 342, 427 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Kahnuwan, District Gurdaspur.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
