Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari setting aside the order, dated 01.08.2024, Annexure P-3, whereby the petitioner's claim for medical reimbursement of his dependent mother was rejected without citing any reasons. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions contended that the rejection of petitioner's claim was because the dependent's income was beyond the ceiling limit. He, however, does not dispute that the impugned order is non-speaking, and does not specify any reasons. 3.

In view thereof, the impugned order, dated 01.08.2024, is set aside, directing the second respondent to pass a fresh speaking/reasons order regarding the petitioner's claim for medical reimbursement in accordance with law within a period of two months from receiving a certified copy of this order.
