(ORAL) ase heard via   Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'anticipatory bail' under the provisions of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.14, dated 25.02.2014, having been registered at Police Station Sadar Bathinda, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the IPC, as also Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Pursuant to the order dated 23.12.2021, the petitioner is stated to have surrendered before the trial court on 05.01.2022 and was admitted to bail by that court on furnishing bail and surety bonds in the sum of Rs.60,000/- each, operating till today.
