(Oral) The instant petition has been filed seeking setting aside of order dated 29.7.2003 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dasuya vide which the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender.

Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that his client is willing to surrender before the Court of Law and that he shall move appropriate application before the Court concerned for grant of regular bail.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

CRM-M-46261-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) In case, the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate within a period of 1 month from today and applies for grant of regular bail, learned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 days from filing of such application while having due regard to the fact that the matter has been amicably resolved amongst the petitioner and the complainant and as a matter of fact the matter stands resolved with other accused as well and against whom the FIR already stands quashed.
