Vide order dated 06.11.2023 the parties had been relegated to the Mediation and Conciliation Center and as per the report received from the Mediator, the matter has been resolved and the terms have been recorded.

Copy of the settlement agreement is taken on record. 3.

Both the parties shall remain bound by the agreed terms and conditions and shall not violate the same.

In light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed and accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement agreement.
