(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas raised herein before the trial Court at appropriate stage including his plea to the effect that he has been falsely implicated after 9 months of lodging of FIR and is not named in the FIR whereas it is one Malkiat Singh, who is named.
