The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.60 dated 12.08.2023 under Sections 22-C/61/85 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act and Sections 420,465,467,471,120-B IPC) registered at P.S Mulepur, District Fatehgarh Sahib. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
