The instant writ petition has been filed for seeking setting aside of the order dated 23.02.2018 whereby the claim of the petitioner for grant of Technical Pay Scale of 1200-2040 w.e.f 31.03.1993 has been rejected; with further directions to respondents to re-fix the pay of the petitioner from the date of his regular appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the controversy in the present writ petition is covered by the ratio of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Sarbans Singh and others Vs. The State of Haryana and others, CWP No.11710-2014, decided on 25.03.2025 along with other connected matters. He further submits that at this juncture, the petitioner(s) would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the competent authority to decide his claim, in terms of the facts pleaded herein as well as the aforesaid judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court by passing a MANOJ KUMAR 2025.08.06 21:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law and in a time bound manner.

CWP No.22531-2025 Notice of motion.

Dr. (Ms.) Malvika Singh, DAG, Haryana, enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. She has no objection to the aforesaid prayer being granted.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the claim of the petitioner and to pass a speaking and reasoned order thereupon in accordance with law in terms of the facts pleaded herein as well as the aforesaid judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

Needless to mention that if upon considering the said representation, in case any monetary benefit is found due and payable to the petitioner(s), the same shall be disbursed in favour of the petitioner(s) within a further period of four months.
