(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants states that as instructed by Mr. Upender Kumar, Defence Estate Officer, Bathinda and Mr. Amit Kumar Mishra, Deputy Director General, the appellants intend to file objections before the Executing Court for redressal of their grievance, since they have come to know about certain new facts, which according to the appellants have got great bearing on the merits of the case, therefore, the present appeal be disposed of granting liberty to the appellants to file objections before the Executing Court.
