-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The short point involved in the present appeal whether suit for joint possession at the instance of the grand children against the grand father in respect of the suit property could be maintainable, has been negated by both the Courts below.

The aforementioned finding, in my view, is correct as the succession only opens on demise. No ground for interference is made out, much less, no substantial question of law arises for determination by this Court.

Resultantly, the second appeal is dismissed.
