***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and having gone through the record, we do not find any ground to interfere with the same. However, it is clarified that as against the amount of Rs.15,000/- per month awarded as maintenance to the wife vide impugned order, any other amount of maintenance being paid to wife pursuant to orders passed in any other proceedings shall be set off. It other words, the wife is not to be paid maintenance twice over.

The instant petition stands disposed off accordingly.
