ARUN MONGA,J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide job to the petitioners or one person from the family of the petitioners, as per Haryana Government Policy dated 09.11.2010 (Annexure P-3) as same benefit has been granted to other similarly situated persons, as per judgment dated 10.05.2022 (Annexure P-4) rendered by this Court in CWP No. 1150 of 2015 titled "Ramesh Kumar and others v. State of Haryana and others", as the land of petitioners was acquired by the respondents. 2.

Qua the aforesaid grievance, the petitioner caused legal notice dated 15.05.2022 (Annexure P-5), but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence, the instant writ petition.

On advance service of copy of the petition, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by the competent authority on the SHALINI BHATIA 2022.11.24 11:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

pending legal notice dated 15.05.2022 (Annexure P-5), by passing a speaking order.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents, as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the pending legal notice dated 15.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) and decide the same, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible. 7.

Disposed of, accordingly.
