The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for issuance of directions to the official respondents to enquire the complaint dated 27.12.2019 in a fair and impartial manner.

Keeping in view the vague pleadings based on disputed facts and the nature of the prayer in the present petition, this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere in the matter.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail any other alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
