(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuing direction to respondentHaryana Staff Selection Commission to conduct interview of petitioner for the post of PGT, Hindi advertised vide Advertisement No.4/2015 on 28.06.2015 (Annexure P-1) as the petitioner could not appear for interview on 19.04.2019, in view of the fact that she was advised complete bed rest from 28.03.2019 to 15.05.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 01.09.2019 (Annexure P-10) sympathetically within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct 3rd respondent-Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission to consider the representation dated 01.09.2019 (Annexure P-10) sympathetically within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.3 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner.
