***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that she does not intend to file reply to the transfer application, though she contest the same.

However, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that there is certain material omissions in the transfer application, with regard to the pending litigation between the parties. In view of the same, she submits that she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file fresh one, with better particulars.
