Learned counsel submits that no order with regard to the petitioner having scratched the answer sheet has been conveyed to him but for it having been mentioned in the short reply filed by the State. 2.
Learned State counsel submits that with regard to the same, a speaking order would be passed giving the requisite details in 2 months. 3.
The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner, who however states that, upon receipt thereof, if required he would approach the Civil Court for vindication of the grievances, a liberty for which may be granted.
