In the present writ petition, the challenge is to the order dated 19.09.2019 (Annexure P-6) by which, the petitioner was reverted to the post of Research Investigator from the post of Statistical Assistant. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while issuing notice of motion, operation of the impugned order dated 19.09.2019 (Annexure P-6) was stayed and the petitioner is continuing to work as Statistical Assistant and is going to superannuate on 31.03.2024. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has already continued to work on the post of Statistical Assistant and she is going to retire within next three weeks, the impugned order dated 19.09.2019 (Annexure P-6) will not be given effect to any further.
