AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned transfer order dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) vide which petitioner has been transferred against the transfer policy.

Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 12.09.2019 (Annexure P-7) within some specified time.

In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
