This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 21.10.2024 passed in CWP-16731-2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 21.10.2024 passed in CWP-16731-2021, a speaking order has since been passed and in view thereof he seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies as available in law. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
