Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. He, however, prays that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial as the same is unnecessarily being delayed by the complainant who is not appearing before the Trial Court for recording of her statement and twice non-bailable warrants were issued to secure her presence.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a request to the Trial Court to expedite the hearing of the trial.
